As Chief Executive Officer and a founder member of SEAK Global, Hefin has overall responsibility for creating, implementing and integrating the company’s strategic direction both in the UK and globally.
During his earlier career, as former Regimental Sergeant Major with a National Mission Unit, Hef gained exceptional experience in operations working in concert with the Intelligence Services, Police, US Tier 1 Military Units and the DEA. He subsequently became Director of Above Ground Risks for a major Oil company. In this role he has supported upstream and downstream Oil and Gas exploration operations in remote and hostile regions.
As Chief Financial Officer Kirsty is responsible for the commercial strategy of the company to help drive business growth, which includes activities relating to marketing, customer service and product development.
Over the past 14 years Kirsty has been actively building and growing companies undertaking a broad range of roles during this time. She holds a first class bachelor’s degree with Honours in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Imperial College London Business School.
As Business Development Manager, Charlie plays a central role in identifying sales and marketing opportunities, as well as communicating new product developments to prospective clients and maintaining productive working relationships with contacts and partners of SEAK. With a background in account management and broking, his versatility fulfils the varied requirements of his position within the company.
Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience as an international corporate lawyer with a diverse practice in the legal aspects of corporate transactions, project development and management, and financial structuring. Currently a Senior Counsel at Charles Russell Speechlys.
Paul has recently retired from a distinguished career in the Police as former Detective Superintendent, working closely with the Metropolitan Police, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall, Wiltshire and Avon & Somerset constabularies. His career encompassed appointments within the Criminal Investigation Department and Force Intelligence Bureau. Paul is highly qualified in matters relating to crime prevention and detection, with experience of utilising tactics governed by the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act to deter, detect, and disrupt criminal activity. Latterly, Paul has worked with and managed partner-agencies protecting high risk victims of domestic abuse, stalking, and honour-based violence.
Danette is SEAK Global’s senior Technology Advisor and an experienced member of the Bibby Financial Services IT Leadership Team. Having served with the Royal Navy before moving into IT project and programme management, Danette’s career encompassed appointments working in both the Public and Private Sectors, including Commerzbank, ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland as well as leading technology companies; Hewlett Packard (HP), Computer Services Corporation (CSC) and DXC. Danette is a highly qualified change and delivery leader who champions new technologies and ways of working.
As Chief Technology Officer, Rob coordinates the design and development of SEAK’s digital product suite, and sets the direction of future innovation. He has a keen interest in the multi-layered interrelationship between people and technology, and brings with him 20 years of experience in software development and architecture. He holds a PhD in applied mathematics, and is a co-founder of Piktical Ltd. In his spare time, he helps to run meetings of the London Quantum Computing Group.
